Ordering FAQs
Yes, to confirm your order we require a $200 deposit. An invoice for the deposit will be sent to your email, after you complete the order form.
As long as you give us 2-days to smoke your Prime Rib, you can place your order whenever you'd like!
Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees
Cook at 200 degrees until the center reaches an internal temperature of 5 degrees away from the temperature you want to achieve (the Prime Rib will continue to cook for a few more minutes after you take it off the grill or out of the pan).
Slice and serve!
The amount of Prime Rib needed depends on the appetites of your guests, but generally a half pound serves 1 person. If you serve each guest a half pound of meat, 10 lbs can feed 20 people and 20 lbs can feed 40 people.
20 Pounds, $800 = Feeds between 20-40 people
10 Pounds, $400 = Feeds between 10-20 people

If you are picking up your order on a day different from the day you are serving it, we recommend you order your Smoked Prime Rib cooked less than how you plan on serving it.
